Virtual Volcano

Virtual Volcano is a exactly that. Built by the people at the Discovery Channel, it is  designed so that you can build your own volcano and watch it erupt. You get to decide the chemical mix of magma and gases so you can experiment with the different types of eruptions.

I didn't know this. This is some simple discovery learning, especially if your students have to document and reflect on the changed conditions. I love it when I learn stuff when I'm having fun. This is a cool little tool.
